I’m glad you found us. My name is Harry Hooker, I am the founder of Outsource Everything. I started this business after spending years working for SME businesses and then running my own.
Working for SMEs, I was required to juggle many different roles and responsibilities, some of which I executed with ease, others… well let’s just say that my language was not always family-friendly.
This is when I first found value in outsourcing. I realised that my time is limited and valuable, why spend that time doing tasks that I don’t enjoy, or excel at, when I can pay an expert to do it faster and better than I ever could. You wouldn’t perform your own heart surgery to save money (I’m aware that this comparison doesn’t really work here in the UK but I couldn’t think of a better one).
It all comes down to understanding the value of your time. In some sectors this is a simple calculation, for instance in the legal sector, solicitors can actually put a pound value on their time (although I’ve still seen partners of law firms on their hands and knees, connecting up wires just to save a few quid). In most sectors, however, this calculation is not so simple.
Sometimes finding an outsourcing partner can feel like searching for your prince charming, it takes ages and you’ve got to kiss quite a few frogs.
Often SMEs end up spending too much time, trying to find ways to save time, if this sounds familiar then you are in the right place.
Over the years, I have spent countless hours researching, comparing and understanding the offerings of various outsourcing businesses all with the goal of saving myself time in the long run. When I started my first business, I found that this experience was not wasted, I was able to quickly identify exactly what I needed from an outsourcing partner and make a decision fast.
